Khatera Sahibzada, PhD, is an Industrial/Organizational psychologist specializing in organizational and employee
development. Dr. Sahibzada has been actively involved in the delivery of selection, development and promotional
systems including structured interviews, role play exercises, personality tests, cognitive ability tests, employee training,
as well as 360 feedback and coaching. Dr. Sahibzada's clients range from Fortune 500 companies across a broad range of
jobs and industries, including telecommunications, retail, consumer products, semiconductor industry, commercial real
estate, and grocery retailing. She has consulted with employees at all levels of the organization. Her peer-reviewed
articles have been published in journals in the field of industrial/organizational psychology and human resources. Further,
Dr. Sahibzada has presented at professional meetings on topics related to job insecurity, work-life issues, and job
satisfaction.
Dr. Sahibzada earned her BA degree in psychology from Cal State University, Masters in Psychology from Pepperdine
University, and Ph.D. degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology from Portland State University. She is a member of
several professional organizations, including the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and
Organizational Psychology, as well as serves on the executive council of the Business Council for Peace. She is also the
recipient of the Grant for Cultural Cooperation and an SYLFF Fellow.
